17 young and passionate change-makers from youth organizations across the world are given a voice to bring forward insights and visions from their work into the summit with a focus on “The Future We Want”. They depart on a Climate Action Explorer Tour (October 7th) taking them across Denmark to explore Danish industry and municipal initiative in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
How do youth organizations influence urban climate action in 2025?
Building upon their individual capabilities and experience from the Explorer Tour the young influencers will work together on declarations of action focusing on partnerships to accelerate sustainable urban development. This can be used as an inspiration to ensure mayors’ commitment to decision making around city policies.
